Rational Numbers

Rational Numbers: A rational number is a number that can be expressed as the quotient or fraction large frac{p}{q}   of two integers, a numerator p and a non-zero denominator q. Since q may be equal to 1, every integer is a rational number.  Moreover, any repeating or terminating decimal represents a rational number.

Examples of rational numbers include , 0, 1, large frac{1}{2},frac{22}{7},frac{12888}{99}  and so on.
